Take classes with me with my virtual fitness studio, Reachable Fitness!

Reachable Fitness is a low-impact, safe and effective exercise program to increase strength, flexibility, stamina, and reduce pain — to help you live your best life now. A wide variety of fun classes are offered, both live and on-demand. And it’s all from the comfort, safety and convenience of your home!

Our live online classes are held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Recordings are provided if you can’t attend live. Visit the Reachable Fitness site to find out more.

These two classes are sponsored by the Raleigh Blue Cross NC Center and are free and open to all. You do not need to be a Blue Cross NC member to attend. Find out more and register here.

  • Boomer/Senior Fitness – Thursdays 10:00 a.m. Eastern
