Smart scale that tracks weight, body fat and more (Amazon). See my review here.
Calorie-counting book that also lists protein, fat, carb amounts and more for foods (Amazon)
MyFitnessPal app – I use the free version to measure calories and macros. But there are some things I don’t like about it. I don’t recommend using it to track exercise because of the way it handles those calories in the log (it adds the calories you purportedly burned back into your available calories for the day. Don’t do that.). Also please disregard the ridiculous, inaccurate message it gives you after you complete your daily log (“If every day were like today, in 4 weeks you’d weigh ____!”). Also, keep in mind that any user can add items to its calorie counting database, so unless there’s an official green check by the item it may not be accurate.
Digital food scale (Amazon)
