My personal training services focus on midlife and older women. Whether you are looking for a fun cardio and strength workout to get fit, OR a gentle chair routine to help you feel better, I will create an exercise program customized for YOU!
I work with clients remotely via online. For clients located anywhere or who travel, distance is no barrier with online training!
Online Personal Training and Health Coaching
As your personal trainer, I will create a custom exercise program for you based on your goals, needs and likes. You’ll know exactly what to do, how to do it, and when. And, we will regularly communicate to keep you on track and on the road to success!
NO gym membership is required, and no expensive equipment or supplies are needed. With my online program, you can exercise in the comfort, safety and privacy of your own home.
During a LIVE online session, we are working out together just as if you were in my studio. Live personal training sessions are done with videoconferencing using your computer, tablet or smart phone. You can see and hear me, and I can see and hear you and provide ongoing instruction and feedback. And no worries, you don’t need to be tech savvy. It is easy to use.
In between our live meetings, you’ll work out according to the plan I’ve designed for you, using the videos or program I’ve prepared for you. They are accessed online by logging onto your exclusive password-protected client page on my web site.
What’s included?
Our online personal training package includes:
- Scheduled live online 1-on-1 personal training sessions
- Scheduled phone calls
- Customized workout plan that’s updated regularly
- Access to your online client portal and exercise videos
- Email or text support in between our meetings
- Weight loss and healthy lifestyle guidance and support are also available as an option. This would fall under my health coaching services.
Packages start at $99/week for online personal training, and $129/week for personal training plus weight loss/health coaching. This includes a personalized program and once a week live online sessions. So that you can begin to experience the results you desire, there is a 16-week minimum commitment required for new clients. Am I the right trainer or health coach for you? It depends.
When it comes to exercise, I don’t believe in “no pain, no gain.” My goal for exercise is to help you feel better (not worse!), inside and out. I aim to make exercise something you enjoy and a regular habit.
I also believe in meeting people “where they are” on their journey. You will always be treated with love, respect and zero judgement. Together, we’ll create a program that works for you, where you are.
Is your primary goal to lose weight? Please note, I don’t offer meal plans (that would be the scope of a registered dietitian), and I don’t sell or recommend supplements or shakes or the like. Rather, I would work with you to develop real-life strategies that work best for you, your preferences and your lifestyle; and I provide ongoing support and accountability. I don’t recommend that clients go on a too-restrictive diet, because that isn’t sustainable long-term and this often leads to yo-yo dieting and feelings of failure. Rather, I encourage and advocate a practical, small steps approach to making lifestyle changes that will last. This is quite different from a quick-fix approach. I also encourage people to exercise for the amazing health and wellness benefits it brings to your body, mind and spirit; and not to focus on exercise solely for weight loss.
When we work together, you won’t be on your own anymore. You’ll have me as your trainer and personal health coach to guide and support you in achieving your goals.
