My personal training services focus on women who are over 40, Boomers and seniors. Whether you are looking for a fun cardio and strength workout to get fit and lose weight, OR a gentle chair routine to help you feel better, I will create an exercise program customized for YOU!
I work with clients remotely via online, or in person in your home.
For local clients, we can do a combination of both in-person and online. For clients located anywhere or who travel, distance is no barrier with online training!

Online Personal Training
As your personal trainer, I will create a custom exercise program for you based on your goals, needs and likes. You’ll know exactly what to do, how to do it, and when. And, we will regularly communicate to keep you on track and on the road to success!
NO gym membership is required, and no expensive equipment or supplies are needed. With my online program, you can exercise in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
During a live online session, we are working out together just as if you were in my studio. Live personal training sessions are done with videoconferencing using your computer, tablet or smart phone. You can see and hear me, and I can see and hear you and provide ongoing instruction and feedback. And no worries, you don’t need to be tech savvy. It is easy to use.
In between our live meetings, you’ll work out according to the plan I’ve designed for you, using the custom videos I’ve prepared for you. They are accessed online by logging onto your exclusive password-protected client page on my web site.
Package includes scheduled live online personal training sessions and phone calls; access to the online client portal and videos; customized workout plan that’s updated regularly; and email support. Weight loss and healthy lifestyle guidance and support are also available as an option.

For local clients, I can come to your home. No special equipment is needed to get started. I have dumbbells, resistance bands, etc. that I bring with me. Please contact me to discuss options and availability.
