Once again I am hosting a SPECIAL HALLOWEEN EXERCISE CLASS! It will be held live online on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern and YOU are invited!
We’ll have a spooky good time with a fun 30-minute cardio, strength and flexibility workout. This is an all-standing program with no floor work. All exercises are geared towards beginners and midlife and older active adults.
When you’re at the grocery store, pick up a small pumpkin (2-3 lbs., “pie pumpkin” size – like what I’m holding in the photo), which we’ll use as a weight. If you don’t have one, you can hold a dumbbell instead, or can do it without a weight.
To make this even more fun, feel free to wear a costume or your favorite Fall fashion (I’ll be in costume!).
This class is FREE! You just need to register via the form below, and agree to the liability waiver. Be sure to share this page with your friends so they can register, too!
Look for an email from me the morning of class with the link to join in on Zoom. Click here for Zoom tips.
This class is brought to you by Reachable Fitness – my virtual exercise studio where you can take classes with me live online and on-demand, from the comfort, safety and convenience of your home.
Please note: If you are already a member of our Reachable Fitness classes, you don’t need to register separately for this one — you’re in!
UPDATE 10/30/24: Registration has closed for this event. Please join me for our other online classes!
